Previous Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi on Sunday said he would make legitimate move against his ancestor Sheharyar Khan for considering him exclusively in charge of the choice to continue against Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for abusing an agreement with the board.

Sethi took to Twitter to share that he would participate in case against him.

Prior on December 21, Khan had blamed Sethi for money related loses that the board endured in pay body of evidence against the BCCI.

Subsequent to losing the fight in court of remuneration against the Indian board, the PCB had endured one more blow a week ago, when the International Cricket Council (ICC) declared that the board would need to pay lawful costs of the case too.

"The board has just endured considerable budgetary loses after India declined to play against Pakistan, and now PCB should bear costs of the case also. This is all on Sethi. From the very beginning, I disclosed to him that our case was feeble. We will endure progressively money related loses, yet he didn't tune in," Khan had said.
